• Woodland Escape is naturally cooled! While there is no central A/C, the home is usually kept very pleasant by the shade and breeze. A living room window A/C unit is installed for use in the summer months.
• 4WD/AWD Recommended. During winter months or inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended. We recommend one with sufficient clearance (i.e SUV, Truck, or raised Sedan).
• We strongly recommend CSA Travel Insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or travel delays.

• For any reservation with pets, please note that only dogs are allowed. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed on your reservation.
