Entire Home - 3 Bed/2.5 Baths on gorgeous Lake Monona with room to dock your boat. Great location just minutes from downtown Madison, Alliant Energy Center & UW. Enjoy the 3-season room or head outside to relax around the gas firepit with excellent channel views, do some grilling, throw out a fishing line or take your boat out for a spin. City's bike paths are just minutes from the house. Fun game room with your own popcorn machine. Covered boat lift available for a fee.
The space
The first floor offers a living room with a new, 65-inch Samsung HD smart TV, reclining couch and chairs, sliding doors to the 3-season room and a cozy gas fireplace. There is a fun game room that you can use as a game table or for overflow dining with a real popcorn machine! The attractive kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials for your stay and upgraded with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Step into the 3-season room to enjoy some outdoor time with friends and family while being protected from any bugs or step out to the outdoor gas firepit with excellent channel views and relax in the Adirondack chairs or sit at the new, 6-person outdoor patio table.
With 75’ of lake frontage, enjoy the spacious, well groomed yard or sit on the deck and throw out a fishing line. Pull your boat up and tie to the dock or a covered boat lift is available for an extra fee. If you are hungry you can also utilize the 6-burner Weber gas grill.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, an office & two bathrooms available for your use. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 55" smart TV and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in tile shower. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and 50" smart TV while Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. All bedrooms offer a bright and clean stay with modern furnishings and comfortable bedding! The office is equipped with desks and extra screens to set up your work environment.
Use the Peloton bike on site or if you are feeling energetic, take your bikes out to enjoy the beautiful trails Dane County has to offer. This property is minutes from the Madison Lake Loop which connects to many other trails within Dane County. Two cruiser bikes available upon request.

We are welcoming you into our primary residence, so it’s outfitted with everything you need. If a door has been secured, we ask that you respect our privacy, but the majority of our house has been made available to you trusting that you will treat our home as you would treat your own.
