Other things to note
Absolutely NO parties or disruption to the neighbors will be tolerated. The driveway is kind of steep, front wheel drive, all wheel drive and 4 wheel drive will do fine. Rear wheel drive may want to park at the gate or back in. The path to the lake is also steep, Please take a flashlight with you to the fire pit to get back to the house in the dark. Under no circumstances will we allow parties or destruction of our home.
**We are on well water, it has a Sulphur smell when it isn't used daily. We installed a water treatment system with no luck. Please bring drinking water *
