The next level up has a living room with large walls for TV or art and views of the beautiful sandstone hills behind the house, a formal dining room, spacious open kitchen with an island as well as a second dining room area that opens to the family room and through sliding glass doors to the back yard which is complete with an outdoor kitchen. This level also has a powder room, a large laundry room and a deck off of the family room with views to the mountains and over the town of Lyons. The house has great privacy within but also has great viewing of the happenings in town from the decks.
The third level (great to have an elevator!) has the master suite complete with a large soaking tub, separate shower, large walk-in closet, toilet closet and a deck with views that are hard to beat. There is a spacious landing area that allows access to two more generously sized bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo and the other with a shower. All bathroom fixtures are new and shower doors are high end thick glass.

Located in Lyons, this vacation home is in the city center and on a river. Lyons Classic Pinball and Meadow Park are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Parkway Promenade and Southmoor Plaza. Boulder County Fairgrounds and Gateway Fun Center are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing, and don't miss out on the ice skating.
