"The Emerson" is a perfect place for a family getaway or work visit. Our remodeled kitchen offers plenty of space and is fully stocked with necessities, and a tea/coffee bar. Each room comes with new pillow top mattresses and closets stocked with hangers to help you comfortably enjoy your stay!

The home entrance has only three steps to get inside. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and basement offer spacious areas to relax and spend time together. For your convenience, a code is provided for keyless entry which you can use throughout your stay.

*LOCATION*
- Easy access to the Rivermont bike lane and sidewalks throughout the neighborhood
- Less than 5 min. to downtown LYH
- 7 mins to Black Water Creek Trail, 20 mins to the Blue Ridge Parkway
- 3 min. to Virginia Baptist Hospital and 8 min. to Lynchburg General Hospital
- 15 min. to Liberty University, 3 min. to Randolph, 8 min. to the University of Lynchburg

*KITCHEN*
The full kitchen is stocked with baking and cooking supplies, spices, a tea kettle, a new Ninja blender, and tea/coffee bar complete with a Nespresso and cold/hot milk frother. Ready for the kiddos: wheat straw plate/bowl/cup set, sippy cups, and kid's silverwear. If you need any additional grocery or kitchen gadget requests, please let us know!

*LIVING ROOM*
The living room offers comfortable seating and the couch offers additional sleeping as a futon should it be needed. There are plenty of cozy blankets and pillows enjoy watching your favorite movie or tv show together. The smart tv is on an adjustable wall mount and allows login to your favorite streaming platforms. Board and card games are provided for your enjoyment and are located in living room ottoman! Two additional chairs located in bedrooms may be brought to living room for further seating.

*WORK AREA*
There is a private work room that offers beautiful natural light. The room has a desk and chair, along with another comfortable reading chair.

*DECK* (amenities stored from November 1-March 31)
There is a deck attached to the side of the house, which can be accessed from the dining room (no steps) or the front of the house (two steps). The deck has: seating with coffee table and a dual propane/charcoal grill.

*BASEMENT*
There is a spacious bedroom with a sauna and an extra room with a TV to play video games and relax together!
Property Access
The whole home is yours to relax and enjoy: 3 bedrooms, living room, two full bathrooms, kitchen with attached dining room, deck and front yard.

Please let us know if you are bringing small children; high chair and pack'n'play available upon request.

*PARKING*
There is an off street parking pad. Please back in so that you can safely pull out. Also, free parking is available in front of the house—can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.

We ask that you do not park in front of neighbor's houses to the left and right; plenty of extra parking space is available across the street on the stop sign side of the street. Do not park along bushes and be sure to follow "no parking anytime" signs.
