Plenty of towels and linens are provided, WIFI, propane for spa, many amenities are included in this luxury property 🤩 This property feels like a retreat, plenty of room for everyone to have a comfortable space to relax in this home and use the acre of land that has a beautiful view. Our rental is about 25 miles from Mac Dill Air Force Base, 12 miles from Busch Gardens, 22 miles from the Raymond James Stadium. Disney World, Universal Studios and other Orlando, FL Theme Parks are about 1-hour 40 min drive.

Booking our vacation rental means you also agree to adhere to pool/spa and lake safety rules, no excessive loud noise, respect the neighbors and the home. Garage is not available for guest use. Social gathering okay, NO parties. You will be charged a cleaning fee upon booking our rental. Cleaners DO NOT wash dishes or pick up trash around the house. Please leave property neat and orderly or an excessive cleaning fee of $400 will be applied. If I discover a pet stayed at our home without approval and $100 pet fee submitted, you will be charged $200 If there are toys at BOTTOM of pool or unusual debris (trash) found in the pool, you will be assessed a pool cleaning fee of $200. We offer our home at a great price, so we have a full calendar. Please follow schedule. I will reach out and let you know if we have leeway on times for your booking otherwise must adhere to times stated.
Trash & Recycle pick-up on Tuesday & Friday.
Pool technician usually services pool on Thursday.
Lawn guy usually arrives on Friday.
Pest control maintenance is done quarterly.

We love our property and take great care. All equipment should be in working order. Please report any equipment problems immediately. I will make every reasonable effort to resolve problem promptly.
