About this space
You can hear the waves of the Chesapeake Bay from the trex deck. There are two community beaches you can access in the neighborhood, Seashorse and Driftwood, where you can find fossils and sharks teeth and see plenty of nature. A great place to relax and unwind. You will hear the sounds of all kinds of birds, see lots of very tiny frogs and maybe some deer! You can also expect to see and hear all kinds of aircraft from Pax River Base fly overhead!

The space
Bedroom with twin trundle beds on the main floor. Spiral stairs to the loft and queen size bed with small balcony outside. There is no bathroom in the loft. The bathroom is on the main floor and is small. We provide extra linens for the extra trundle and couch space, if needed.
The house is heated with electric baseboard heat on the lower level and a mini-split in the loft.
Guest access
You may access the basement separately from the outside where we keep beach chairs and the washer and dryer.

Lusby is home to this cottage. Cove Point Lighthouse and Drum Point Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Annmarie Sculpture Garden and Arts Center and Calvert Marine Museum. Saint Mary's Fairground and Michael P. O'Brien Athletics and Recreation Center are also worth visiting.
