The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with conveniently tucked away laundry facilities. The main level also has a third bedroom with a bunk bed and a full bath - great for kids, families. The second level is a furnished, spacious loft featuring 2 queen-sized beds.
On the lower level, is a large game room and a walk-out deck, ready for plunging into the inviting waters' edge. The game room features a pool/air hockey (2 in 1) table, and a charming and comforting wood-burning stove, perfect in winter after a day of hitting the slopes. This level also features a newly-renovated modern-style bathroom with glass shower enclosure.
The house comes with 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 1 canoe and 1 row boat.
Located in Ludlow, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Calvin Coolidge Homestead and Calvin Coolidge Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Green Mountain Sugar House and The Ice House Ice Skating.
