Air conditioning: The house is equipped with central AC, which is available seasonally depending on the weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal and available during the colder months (autumn-winter), based on the weather conditions.

Safety and security: This property is equipped with exterior security cameras. These cameras are positioned outside the home and do not monitor or record any interior spaces, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.

Pets: Cats are not allowed on the property. Dogs are allowed on the property. The following charges will apply: $150 plus tax for the first pet and $50 plus tax for each additional pet. (max number of dogs allowed is four)
