There is a large slate patio overlooking the lake with tables, chairs and gas BBQ grill. The house has 4 bedrooms and an office, 2 1/2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer on the main floor. Downstairs there is a family room (includes 2 new couches one with a double sofa bed) with a wood burning fireplace, 1/2 bath and one bedroom/office. The 2nd floor has an open concept kitchen w/ large island and large dining room table and one bedroom with a queen bed as well as full bathroom. The top floor includes 2 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed in each bedroom and 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed and 2 twin beds as well as a children’s nook. There is also a full bathroom on the 3rd floor. Outside fire pit. Firewood included. Kitchen has new oven, coffee pot, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. Plenty of room for your family. Sheets, towels and blow dryers are provided.
