Whether you're an avid skier that craves first tracks down to the Sunburst Six chairlift or someone who enjoys a slower paced morning and skiing home for a leisurely lunch, our Okemo Trailside condo serves as a welcoming home base.

Located just steps from the "green" beginner Sachem trail, our end unit townhouse encompasses three floors. The entrance is on the main floor and includes a generous sized mudroom with cubbies, hooks and bench space. The main floor has an open layout with hardwood floors, a large sectional, wood burning fireplace, dining table, kitchen and half bath. The upstairs level holds a lofted bedroom with king bed and a full bathroom. The downstairs level has an additional bedroom with a full bed as well as a third bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. This level also has a full bathroom and "playroom" with a couch, foosball table and plenty of board games. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for use.

New wall to wall carpeting was installed in the loft, stairs and entire lower level in October 2023.

Outside the front door is a ski locker to store your equipment and within minutes you can be skiing or snowboarding down the Sachem trail. Take the Sunburst six lift to the Okemo Summit (with heated seats and windshield) without any need to ever ski down to the base. Head home for lunch or a break at any time. There's no need to enter a crowded lodge!

Enjoy hiking or snowshoeing on the ski trails of Okemo Mountain from right outside your front door. We are a 15-minute drive to Jackson Gore with the ice-skating rink, snow tubing park, and Timber Ripper mountain coaster. Day passes can also be purchased through Okemo for access to the Spring House with its indoor pool and exercise facilities.

In the summer, enjoy the beautiful field stone pool and tennis court, or make your way to Okemo's Adventure Zone for a round of mini-golf or trip around the ropes course. There are also many wonderful hiking trails, lakes and waterfalls nearby -- and wonderful fall foliage.

The kitchen comes stocked with pots, pans, utensils, serving platters, dishes and storage containers. The dining room table seats 8 with room to spread out at the breakfast bar. After dinner, start a puzzle by the fire or enjoy a movie on the flat screen tv. The layout makes it a great option for families; a pack and play is also available.

This is our second home and not just a "rental" with guests in and out every week. Our children participated in the Okemo racing program for years and we've just started to offer it for other families to enjoy. The location of our unit is hard to beat. That said, we hope that you will treat our Vermont house as you would your own home. With the new carpets (October 2023), we request that you remove shoes in the mudroom prior to entering the main living space. The unit is always rigorously cleaned however we encourage guests to wipe down high touch surfaces throughout their stay. All linens and towels are provided.

While there is a hot tub on the outside deck and indoor sauna, neither are available for use by renters. At our discretion, the hot tub may be made available to longer term rentals for an additional charge to cover post rental cleaning / maintenance including water replacement, chemicals, etc.

This is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Renters need to purchase the additional insurance policy through VRBO and must be 25 years or older to rent. Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

2 parking spots are available with the unit. The parking pass must be displayed on the car dashboard at all times. An overflow parking lot is available, if needed.

A discount is available for rentals of 7 nights or longer. Multi-week pricing may be available. Please contact us if you're interested in a longer-term rental.

Arapaho Village at Okemo Trailside underwent a multi-million capital investment program in 2024 with the buildings receiving new siding, roofing, decks, exterior lighting, etc. Note: The wood burning fireplaces throughout the Okemo Trailside community may not be operational for the 2025/2026 ski season, including our unit.

Located in Ludlow, this vacation home is in the mountains. Okemo Mountain Resort and Glades Peak Ski Lift are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Green Mountain National Forest and Camp Plymouth State Park. The Ice House Ice Skating and Timber Ripper Mountain Coaster are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for outdoor excitement like hiking.
