The property can be separated into two private rentals, and if you're not interested in booking the full house, we’re happy to offer the “back” portion as a standalone retreat. Please message us for availability relating to front, back or the entire house.

Parking Note:
The east parking spot is reserved exclusively for guests staying in the back unit. The two west parking spots are designated for guests renting the front/main portion of the home. Please park accordingly to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all guests.
