Enjoy this dog-friendly, original Ludington home built in 1908 and thoughtfully updated with modern comforts while preserving its original charm. The home features a main-floor bedroom with queen size bed and full bath with an open living and dining area perfect for gathering.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms each with a double bed and a second full bathroom with a shower. There is also an extra room with a futon and television.
Outside, you'll find a fully fenced backyard with a patio, grill, and firepit—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring Western Michigan. Or unwind on the front porch and enjoy the laid-back pace of this beautiful lakeside town.
Our family has deep roots in Ludington from the mid 1850's until today. We welcome you and your family—both two-legged and four-legged—to enjoy our dream home and make wonderful memories
