A few blocks from 3 different golf courses, including a par 3 teaching course of children. It is directly across the street from Benson Sculpture Garden and Park. Another short walk to North Lake Park with food trucks and live music on Wednesday nights. Down the street from Lake Loveland. 10 minute drive to Boyd Lake State Park and Horsetooth Reservoir. 15 minutes to Budweiser Event Center.
