Escape to this delightful house near picturesque downtown Loveland. This fabulous property boasts 4 bedrooms - 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, and 3 bathrooms.

Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with an adjoining 5 piece on suite. A full, open concept kitchen, dining area, computer station with an Apple computer and printer available for use. Additionally there is a second full bathroom, and large living room with an electric fireplace. The living room has extra large windows which all have shades on them for privacy. Each bedroom has blackout curtains, for the most restful sleep possible.

Each bedroom has its own TV, game console and/or streaming device. The master and middle bedrooms, along with the living room all have Smart TV's. The beds are extra comfortable and I've hand selected the best linens for your stay.

Additionally, I provide most of your essentials for the bathrooms and only use high quality products.

The kitchen has more than enough bakeware, cookware and other various cooking utensils. It's fully equipped with a ground, expresso and Keurig coffee machine. Coffee is also provided.

I love to spoil my guests especially when they are bringing along pets or children, please let me know ages/breed and anything else which may help me find something tailored for your stay.

I have also recently added a massage chair which plugs in and feels oh so nice in front of the fireplace.

Downstairs is off of the kitchen and separated by a door, which can be closed if desired. I especially like this feature with larger parties or for those wanting privacy when traveling with the kiddos. Downstairs you'll find the laundry area, a sitting area, a movie/game room with a large projector, and the 4th bedroom with a bathroom steps away.

Downstairs also has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ice machine and toaster.

You are also welcome to play darts, ski ball, or watch a movie from my collection of over 300 DVDs, or stream Hulu or Netflix from the projector. The "Cibest" projector is simple to work and even allows you to plug your device into it to broadcast whatever you'd like! Also, you can play any gaming console that's compatible with it which takes video games to a while new level.

Theres also a popcorn machine and lots of led lights, which can be turned off, board games and cool projectors set up for your entertainment.

Out back you'll find a seating area, fire pit and the hot tub. The hot tub seats 3-4 comfortably and is available all year long. Also, basketball!!! A hoop awaits you and yes the balls are provided!

The front porch is also a great place to sit and take in the beautiful Loveland vibe.

The yard is spacious and even though the location is so central, the neighborhood is quiet and there is minimum traffic. Night time gets very peaceful, you won't believe how quiet it is.

There is driveway parking for 2 as well as a plethora of free street parking.

This place is really awesome, you don't have to leave to have fun. However, the location is within walking distance to downtown which has lots of shopping, restaurants and other activities and events going on.

There is also a playground two blocks away for the kiddos!

Boyd lake is within 2 miles, along with an onslaught of hiking trails, parks, and other outdoor recreation.
There are 3 bathrooms, a full open kitchen, a dining area, a large living room. along with 3 bathrooms featuring luxurious amenities like a jetted bathtub ,(via a Conair Hydrospa in the garden tub). A master suite with a 5 piece attached bathroom. A bright, spacious living room with huge windows, a fireplace, TV, and a massage chair!

A cozy living room and a futon downstairs for additional space, guests will feel right at home. TVs in every room with streaming capabilities. Xbox, PS4, 2 Wii consoles and a projector, an Atari and a Sega Genesis all are hooked up and ready to play. Additionally, a 4 person hot tub, fire pit and outdoor seating makes this place even greater. Large yard, lush landscaping with apple trees and beautiful flowers and bushes. Gorgeous hardwoodl floors upstairs.

Historic home with modern updates. You'll feel very welcomed and cozy in this home. Ive been in the short term rental industry for over nine years and have collectively gathered all of my favorite ideas from each place Ive either cleaned or co hosted and incorporated them into my home. The little things make a huge difference!

Loveland is home to this vacation home. Devil's Backbone Open Space and Loveland Laser Tag are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore River's Edge Natural Area and Boyd Lake State Park.
