Come to relax at this stylish, centrally located space. This is the entire side of a duplex. It has its own front and back entrances, privacy fenced backyard, attached garage and driveway space. There are no shared spaces with the adjacent unit; although you could book both sides (Separate listing called "Seeing Double" includes both sides of the duplex).

A few blocks from 3 different golf courses, including a par 3 teaching course of children. It is directly across the street from Benson Sculpture Garden and Park. Another short walk to North Lake Park with food trucks and live music on Wednesday nights. Down the street from Lake Loveland. 10 minute drive to Boyd Lake State Park and Horsetooth Reservoir. 15 minutes to Budweiser Event Center.
