**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
Our guests are required to complete a separate host rental agreement that will be sent to you after booking. Additionally, a credit card will be required to authorize a $300 security deposit hold. This hold will be released upon checkout as long as no damages or excess mess is done at the property. Please note, check-in instructions will not be sent until the rental agreement has been signed and completed.
