BNB Louisville presents the Lucky Horseshoe. If you've always wanted to visit Kentucky and experience all that Louisville has to offer this is the house for you. This home is part of the neighborhood of homes that surround Churchill Downs in a horseshoe shape referred to as the Lucky Horseshoe.
You will not have any transportation hassles getting to all of your Kentucky Derby events to worry about

This property has been beautifully renovated and thoughtfully furnished. Even the small details have
not been overlooked. There are 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a spacious and bright kitchen/dining room,
separate laundry room, living room and a second area to lounge in the loft style room upstairs.
The living room includes plenty of comfortable seating, and a 55" smart TV. The kitchen is equipped
with new appliances including Keurig coffeemaker, dishwasher and fully stocked with cookware.
Beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring and tile throughout. There is no carpet. The bedrooms have queen
size medium firmness memory foam mattresses with plenty of closet, storage space and room
darkening curtains. Two of the bedrooms have 42 Smart TVs. Last but certainly not least we have
added a custom-built Derby themed arcade style PAC-MAN game! Loaded with over 50 games for your
enjoyment!!
There is a small front porch for sitting and relaxing and taking in all of the horse racing action. In
addition to that there is a deck in the private backyard along with patio furniture, a gas grill and firepit.
There is a 2-car garage for your use as well. Be the first to enjoy this renovated home with new
furnishings!!
You will be delighted at how close you are to all the attractions in Louisville while staying at this home.
The Kentucky Fair & Expo Center, The Louisville Zoo/Mega Caverns, Louisville Slugger Museum,
Muhammad Ali Museum, The Riverbats Stadium and The YUM Center just to name a few are only a
short drive away!
