The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the Highlands area in the Cherokee Triangle neighborhood, this stunning home is walking distance to Cherokee Park and less than a 5-minute drive to the many restaurants, pubs, and shops located in the vibrant area along Bardstown Road. The property is also less than 5 miles from the Expo Center, Churchill Downs, and the Downtown Convention Center/Downtown Louisville. The area is highly walkable and there are several trails in the park, as well as access to local public transportation options.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available nearly 24/7 and can take you anywhere in the city. There is also a TARC bus stop along Eastern Parkway, less than a 5 minute walk from the property.
Other Things to Note:
• You'll have the entire three-bedroom suite and private garden to yourself. The owner's private residence is on the top floor of the home.
• Quiet hours to ensure a restful environment

• Fireplaces, both indoor & outdoor, are for aesthetic only and are not available for guest use
