*Due to the unique floor plan of the home, please expect to walk TWO flights of stairs to reach the main entry of the home. The home itself is THREE levels (FIVE stories in total)
This home is not "kid friendly" or handicap accessible. Recommended for guests 10+ years old.
Pool & Spa heating is available upon request (require 24hr notice prior to check in). Pool/Spa Heating Fee: $100/day, two day minimum. Fire pit usage fee: $75/per stay.
-Upon booking we require photo ID be sent via email within 24hrs. Upon checkin, please be prepared to present photo ID and form of payment used to make booking.
-Absolutely No Smoking inside of Property: $800 fine
-Any use of Elevator: $800 fine
-Use of glass by pool: $750 fine
-Any type of animal on Property: $800 fine
-Unauthorized Pool/Jacuzzi heating: $800 fine
-Unauthorized Parties/Disruptive noise is strictly prohibited and will result in complete booking cancellation + no refund.
