Our 3-story home is built on the side of the Hollywood Hills with a breathtaking view of LA. There are 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms (3 are ensuite), a massive kitchen, dining room, living room and game room with a ping pong table. Every room in the house has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open onto 3 massive decks! 3 car garage and space for 2 additional cars in the driveway. You have access to our Tesla charging station. Laundry room with full size Washer and Dryer. Great Wifi with over 200mbs, AC/Heat controlled by NEST thermostats on each floor.
TOP FLOOR - This floor boasts a huge fully equipped chefs' kitchen that includes a full size wine fridge and a Miele espresso maker. All counters are topped with marble as well as an island that can sit 8. At the far end of the kitchen is a sitting area with a 50in HD SmartTV. The dining room can easily fit 8 hungry guests. Finally sit back and relax in the sunken living room equipped with a 55in HD SmartTV and Sound Bar, gas fire place and neon accent lighting to highlight the tall ceilings. All 3 rooms open onto a deck that runs the length of the house with amazing views of LA.
MIDDLE FLOOR - This floor consists of 3 bedrooms all with ultramodern ensuite bathrooms with glass enclosed showers, plenty of towels, hairdryers and toiletries. --Master Bedroom features a high-end King Size bed with designer bedding that faces a gas fireplace and 60in HD Smart TV. There is also a large sitting area directly next to the sliding glass doors that lead to the patio with an outdoor seating area including an overhead heater to keep you warm on those cool LA nights. The ensuite bathroom features a deep soaker tub, dual sinks with backlit mirrors and ultra-modern shower with mood lighting. -- Bedrooms #2 and #3 are just down the hall from the master bedroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with high end Queen Size beds with designer bedding and large ensuite bathrooms and sliding glass doors onto the deck. There is also a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
LOWER FLOOR - On this floor you will find the 4th bedroom and bathroom along with the game room with 65in HD Smart TV, a ping-pong table, lots of games and DVDs. The entire glass wall opens onto another redwood deck that runs the entire length of the house. There is a lovely seating area with gas fire pit. At the far end of the yard is a patio dining table that seats 6 with an LED lite umbrella.
