Please note the square footage and some unique features of the property. The bonus room is below the main house with a separate access door (and has a low knob/entry).

Also, we are located on a small but steep hill. You can temporarily park right in front of our gate to unload or drop off a passenger, but you will need to park farther down the hill and walk up. It is not far but the walk up is STEEP.

In addition we have one short but steep set of stairs just behind our gate and then one more small flight of stairs up to the main house entrance. We do not recommend our place for anyone with mobility issues.

Bathrooms have organic body soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided. Both beds have new memory foam mattresses. Private washer/dryer on side patio.

Kitchen comes with cookware, dinnerware, flatware, and utensils for cooking and enjoying meals at home.

Basic cable on smart TV with apps (must use your own logins).

Street parking only--one parking pass provided.

Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance.

Guests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are found, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way. As a courtesy, found items may be arranged to be picked up in Santa Monica at a time that is possible based on our availability; we do not mail forgotten items nor take any responsibility for their storage, transport, nor condition at any time, even if we agree to arrange for pickup.
