The house is very large (2,684 sq ft) with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large entryway, living room with 30 foot ceilings, and a dining room that opens onto the courtyard. It is three levels. The living room/entryway are first, dining, and courtyard on second and bedrooms on third.
