The only outdoor space that is shared with guests from the guesthouse property is the courtyard behind the house, which is used by guesthouse guests as their own private access to their apartment from their own gated entry from the street. Otherwise, all other outdoor spaces are yours alone, including front patio, side of the house and zen garden. **There is potential for traffic noise from one side of the property, otherwise quiet and peaceful.
