A custom wood & glass double door entry opens into a warm & welcoming bright 2-story house. The interior has all brand new contemporary high end furnishing including a billiard pool table with ping-pong which is great for entertainment. The main level has an extra-ordinarily sized living room with high ceiling, large windows, and carved stone fireplace. There is a cooks dream gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances opening to a bright, spacious family room with double sets of custom French doors opening to the finished huge yard. The enormous back yard is perfect for relaxing including its hot tub/spa, heated pool with LED lights, outdoor gas grill, gas powered bonfire pit, large patio area with abundance of modern patio furniture. Outdoor stainless kitchen adjacent to the sparkle of a circular glass fire-pit. & crystal glass free form swimmers pool with waterfall & built-in spa easily accommodate a group of friends. A fenced, easily accessible, lower level flat yard has imported white sand and is perfect for a game of badminton, or sandbox play of your imagination. This estate has beautiful city, canyon, pool and waterfall views which is an entertainer's dream!
A richly stained wide curved dark wooden staircase leads to the second level of the estate houses the master and 2 guest bedrooms. The master and one of the guest bedrooms have a private balcony that overlooks the pool and waterfal area and canyon views. The second bedroom has beautiful city view. A king-sized master suite has spacious walk in closet, steam shower, spa tub and double sinks.
The location of the estate puts our guests within less than 5 minutes drive to Hollywood or Sunset Blvd and fast access to all this area has to offer including restaurants and shopping centers. Less than 10 minutes you're in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Melrose Ave. , Universal Studios, and West Hollywood. The neighborhood of Mount Olympus where the estate resides has 24 hour private security that patrols to provide the safety any family or group unfamiliar with Los Angeles would want. Please note that utilities (water, power, gas, and cable) are NOT included in the price.
