Professionally decorated with pure luxury , furnished house! Only 12 miles to FIFA-World Cup‼️ Month to Month Rental! Or longer, just let us know! Completely high end furnished-down to cleaning supplies. Three bedroom house with two bathrooms with sparkling glass doors we ask that you please wipe down glass doors. Both bathrooms also have ceiling heaters for winter use with handheld shower heads. The primary bathroom has double sinks with light up mirror and make up mirror on wall. This is your home away from home to enjoy and relax.
Master bedroom has King size mattress, with ensuite bathroom with big closets throughout entire house. Two nightstands, TV & dresser. Luxurious extra linens, blankets, for all three bedrooms. House can legally rent to eight people if needed. You must let us know the exact number of guests booking in your reservation! Great place for a Staycation or work retreat or School mates, or Drs and Attorneys. We’ve had a lot of families rent from us who had an insurance claim on their home. This home is great for everyone except no cats! We are located 2 miles from FOX studios and one block from New UCLA Research Center! Great location, close to everything!

We furnish plenty of extra bedspreads, blankets, sheets and pillows. EV outlet for electric car at extra charge. FREE Fast WIFI & Free Streaming on all TVs! Every bedroom has its own tv, desk and dresser set. Guest bedrooms have queen mattresses. New central AC & heat with solar. Full size, gorgeous, gourmet kitchen to pot filler with 5 stainless burner gas stove, stainless fridge side by side with filter and ice maker, stainless dishwasher, stainless microwave. Plus expresso or drip coffee and Keurig, with all extra kitchen appliances to toaster oven. New Remodel with 9 ft ceilings, dimmers, under counter lights with white paint, professionally decorated by famous decorator! White quartz counter throughout house -PLEASE use cutting boards and not new quartz counters! Tile floors throughout. Living room has black out curtains , 65” TV with stunning Italian marble fireplace. Great to snuggle on chilly nights. The front door and back door have screens for cross breeze . You also have your own private back patio. It is gated with mood lights and table with 6 chairs for your own privacy. We do have shared yard in the very back with Astro turf, table, umbrella and 4 chairs. With shared BBQ-We furnish free propane! We love dogs with approval and extra dog fee of $250 per dog. Great neighborhood to walk for yourself and or your leashed dog.Shared Full size washer and dryer. Solar roof. Three ring cameras on site for everyone’s protection.
