Meticulously remodeled charming cottage with original details that include reclaimed wood accents with a wood burning fireplace. Bathroom includes a bathtub and separate shower with details reminiscent of a spa experience with luxurious towels and reclaimed wood wall and shelves. The bathroom is white and fresh. The living room sofa is a custom designed handmade sofa in white linen by Berchtold Harris with a pull out full size mattress. There is a gorgeous private European graveled outdoor dining experience with large timber bamboo and olive trees accented with lights. The living room has a large flatscreen TV with Direct TV for recording as well as a sound system. The house is also equipped with WIFI Internet, wireless printer/scanner, washer and dryer, ceiling fans in each room, full kitchen stocked with all cooking necessities and glassware for entertaining and Nest/ADT home security system. Perfectly central to Melrose shops, all the fine dining, hip hang outs, gourmet coffee houses and malls in Beverly Hill, Century City and Weho.
