Large lake front house that sleeps 15! Come enjoy the large deck with an AMAZING view, the private dock and the private tennis court! Located on Palmer Lake in Loomis, Wa just 6 miles from the Canadian border. The main floor has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including a large primary with an attached bathroom. Also on the main floor is the living room with a cozy fireplace, the kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Downstairs has a large family room with a ping pong table, pellet stove and sauna! Along with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Outside enjoy the large deck with a spectacular view! Also enjoy your very own private boat launch, private dock and private beach front. Across the road is your very own private, full tennis court with a basketball hoop, all of which is completely fenced in. The tennis rackets, balls, pickleball supplies, and basketballs are all provided. In the attached garage you can find and have full access to 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, corn hole, 2 bikes and an extra refrigerator. You won't find another property like this, come enjoy Palmer Lake!

Note: We also own the house right next door that shares the dock, beach front and tennis court. We do not rent that house out, however someone from our family MIGHT be there during your stay sharing those amenities.
Located in Loomis, this vacation home is in the mountains and on the waterfront. Forbidden Fruit Winery and Oroville Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Shady Park and Rattlesnake Canyon. Traveling with kids? Consider Rattlesnake Canyon Amusement Park and Nk'Mip Desert Cultural Centre.
