It provides easy access to all of the Front Range, including 5 min to McIntosh Lake, 8 min to Downtown Creative District in Longmont, 30 min to Pearl Street in Boulder, and 40 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park. Whatever you're in the mood for is a short drive away - hiking, SUP, kayaking, fishing, tubing, breweries, restaurants, and shopping!
THE SPACE:
It's the perfect home base for exploring the area. It’s also great for hanging out with family and friends and getting a good night’s rest.
Enjoy three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a den area with a wood-burning stove and loft, a lounge area with a wine bar, and a shaded backyard with a patio.
There's a dedicated workspace with an electronically adjustable Uplift standing desk, computer monitor (USB-C to USB-C cable provided), Apple mouse, Apple keypad, and printer in one bedroom.
The perfect workcation set-up! The internet is great too. Download speeds up to 100 Mbps. Speed is good for up to 5 devices at the same time.
The den has a wood-burning stove, a loft, and a 45-inch TV. There's an equipped grill, so feel free to cook out and hang out on the furnished patio. Guests also have access to a full kitchen with essential cookware.
GUEST ACCESS:
There are two parking spaces in the driveway and free street parking available. Uber and Lyft are also always available, or there's a bus stop within walking distance.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Jetted bathtub. Wine bar with barware (wine classes, champagne glasses, copper cups, shot glasses, etc.). Furnished patio. Quiet neighborhood.
The bedrooms include a king-size bed, queen-size bed, and twin-size bed. There's also a full-size, pull-out sofabed and air mattress available. No smoking or parties larger than the reserved group
Longmont is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Sandstone Ranch Community Park and Saint Vrain State Park, while The Colorado Actors Theatre and City of Longmont Callahan House are cultural highlights. Boulder County Fairgrounds and Sunflower Farm are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and mountain biking nearby.
