This 31 ft RV is BRAND NEW. It is on my large property but is accessed from a private gate. It is immaculate and has everything you need to stay - just bring your clothes.
In the heart of Longmont and walking distance to all services. 15 minutes to Boulder & the Rocky Mountain Foothills or 30 minutes to Denver. 30 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park. 40 minutes to Denver International Airport.
1 Full bedrooms with a brand new, quality KING mattress1 full bathroom. There is also a Full Eat-in Kitchen and a Large TV with Cable. Wireless internet provided. Lots of off-street parking.
I will only have 2 guests in this unit
No pets or smoking of any kind allowed.
We provide STARTER staples IE: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags. For convenience, there is a Walgreen's two blocks away and a King Sooper's grocery store close by.
Please be aware we are only renting for the summer months.
Kiteley, a neighborhood in Longmont, is home to BRAND NEW Large RV on Huge backyard in The Heart of Longmont . Dry Land Distillers and Wibby Brewing are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Southmoor Plaza and Parkway Promenade. Boulder County Fairgrounds and Sunflower Farm are also worth visiting.
