The house is situated in a private cul-de-sac on a lake/pond. You have your own private access to it. There’s no lifeguard on duty, so you swim at your own risk ;) FISHING ALLOWED!!! ONLY catch and release!!! The community started a new program to track the fishing all year long. It requires a permit from the office for $ 5.00 and it is good for as long as the fishing license is good, usually one year. Anyone 16 or older needs a license, under 16 no license needed. Catch and release is still in place. The office is open Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday 10 am to 4 pm.
The house has a pretty backyard with a beautiful view on the lake. There’s a set of swings and a slide in the backyard, so the kids can have some fun there ;)

There is also outdoor pool available during the Summer and an indoor pool available for guests at the Community Center year long. The community charges additional fee for badges allowing guests the use of all amenities:

Community Amenities Badges fees are as follows:

1 day pass $20.00 per person
3 day pass $30.00 per person
7 day pass $50.00 per person

The house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (Linens are provided as well as bath towels. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED!!!). 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. Downstairs on the ground floor we have half-basement with an open concept living room/playroom. Both upstairs bathrooms offer a shower/tub combination.

The trash card is provided at the house. Please DON'T LOSE IT, because replacement will cost $75 and hassle for next guests.
You can also ask owner to take care of it for you. Owner must be notified ahead of time to arrange for trash pick up. In that case the Community charges $5/bag of trash, so please make sure to leave that fee for the lady taking care of the house, so she could pay at the trash compactor. Trash has to be recycled. Plastic, glass and paper (cardboard boxes have to be flattened) go into one container and regular trash into another.

The house is fully equipped. It’s supplied with all necessary tableware and cookware. It has a microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, DVD player, Roku TV, internet, TV, crib and highchair. (there's also portable crib (pack n play) in the house). The house is equipped with alarm system which includes cameras on the outside perimeter (each corner of the house) of the house and smoke sensors and motion detectors inside the house. Motion detectors stop working once guests disarm the alarm upon arrival. This is a protection against burglars as well as accidental fire.
