This lovely restored Victorian home has enough room for everyone to relax. Enjoy the beauty of the era-appropriate features and antiques placed throughout the home, with modern conveniences like a gas fireplace and a private washer/dryer in place to make your stay comfortable. Two sunrooms provide plenty of space to wind down in comfort. At the end of a day of exploring, enjoy a soak in one of three standalone tubs. Kick back around the outdoor with a beverage on the wraparound porch as the sun goes down.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located in Long Beach, this vacation home is in the city center and near the beach. Marsh's Free Museum and World Kite Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Gray Whale Skeleton and North Head Lighthouse. Long Beach Carnival Park and Adelaide's Books and Coffee are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
