Two beach passes are included for summer months, allowing you to fully enjoy the local lifestyle from day one. The neighborhood is known for its relaxed atmosphere while still being a walk to restaurants, shops, groceries, bars, boardwalk, parks, and everything that makes Long Beach such a special place to spend your time. 30+ day minimum is required in accordance with local regulations and max capacity is 3 guests and only approved occupants are permitted. This is a quiet residential home, and respect for neighbors is essential. If you are looking for a seamless, walkable live-at-the-beach experience, this is your opportunity to enjoy the West End at its best. Ring doorbell and security systems at exterior points and an owner-accessed smart thermostat are installed for security and efficiency—please do not tamper with these devices.
