Entire property, including the private backyard, is available for guest access. Driveway allows for 3 cars, tandem parking.
Other things to note
We have a doorbell camera at the entrance of the property. There is NO video surveillance monitoring on the interior of the house.
This home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. The device measures decibel levels; it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations. Although we are extremely excited to welcome you and your friends/family into our home, this is NOT a party or events space.
No smoking allowed inside or on premises. Violators of this policy will be fined up to $1,000.
Eastside, a neighborhood in Long Beach, is home to this villa. Long Beach Cruise Terminal and World Cruise Center are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Aquarium of the Pacific and RMS Queen Mary.
