There is also a Wine Cellar lined floor to ceiling with custom wood racking, a tasting counter, and capacity for one thousand bottles.

High-end appliances include dual ovens, multiple microwaves, a 48” refrigerator, a hidden walk-in pantry, and a dedicated espresso bar.

Much like our neighboring costal communities the City builds large sand berms along the coastline during certain seasons to help protect against coastal tides and ocean storms. This is an oceanfront home, however, 1st floor views may be obstructed depending on the presence and height of these berms, which vary based on seasonal and weather conditions.

Secure gated parking is available behind the property, with a spacious driveway that can comfortably fit two vehicles (including oversized trucks) or even up to three smaller cars
