Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire property except for the detached ADU/Granny Flat at the very back of the property!

You will be given a smart lock code for access, and there is an extra lockbox with a set of keys for back-up.

This property is located in a safe, quiet, and charming neighborhood in downtown Lodi, just a 5-minute walk to the best restaurants, tasting rooms, breweries, bars, shops, entertainment, and more! Nestled on a quiet tree-lined street filled with quaint historical homes, it’s a short drive to all the best vineyards and attractions.

Getting Around:
☼TRANSPORTATION☼

While downtown is a short walk away, a vehicle is highly recommended to get anywhere else in Lodi. There are Ubers, Lyfts and private transportation services (limos & party buses!) available.

☼PARKING☼

There is parking in the side driveway behind the security gate for up to 3-4 cars (depending on the size of each vehicle). If you require additional parking, there is space for one vehicle in front of the security gate in addition to plenty of free street parking in front of the house.

Interaction with Guests:
Your host Jaydon is on-call for anything you need. A tenant who helps us manage the property lives in the detached granny flat at the very back of the property (about 100 yards from the main house). The granny flat is a completely separate unit with it's own entrance and the tenant does not have access to the main home you'll be staying in. We will provide her contact information should you need help with anything during your stay. As you'll see, she's the nicest and most hospitable person ever (and works at one of the top wineries in Lodi!). And you won't even know she's there unless you have any issues at which you'll be happy she's nearby to help.

Lodi is home to this vacation home. World of Wonders Science Museum and Funtown Amusement Park at Micke Grove State Park are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Reynolds Ranch and The Galt Market.
