The main bedroom offers a King size bed and the secondary bedroom offers a Full size bed. With ample kitchen appliances and cookware provided to whip up your favorite dishes - this cottage has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Enjoy outdoor grilling on the patio or relax indoors while streaming your favorites on the TVs – no matter how long you decide to stay, we’ve got it covered here at American Oak Cottage!
We are happy to welcome your four-legged family members! The backyard is small - about the size of a large dog run, but the neighborhood is very walkable and there is a dog park only a couple blocks away. Please review the Pet Policies under the House Rules section. Please note that there is a $100 fee for each pet. All pets must be disclosed at time of booking and no more than 2 pets are allowed per reservation.
If you have a small baby, we can provide a pack and play and stroller, some toys, etc. Please let us know if this is something you will need.
You will access the property with a smart lock on the front door. Your code will be provided approximately 24 hours before check-in.
The home is cooled by a wall A/C in the living room and window A/Cs in each bedroom. The home is heated by a furnace heating system in the living room and space heaters are provided for each bedroom.
