Large home situated on a beautiful 30 acre hilltop just 4 miles south of Llano. Come enjoy picturesque Llano, Texas with temperate climate and optimized viewing in the path of totality! The home features plenty of room to spend time enjoying all Llano and the surrounding areas have to offer. Just 10 miles north of Enchanted Rock State Park and 4 miles south of Llano, this home is ideal for your getaway. Llano is home to famous Cooper's BBQ, a charming downtown square with cute shopping, tons of wildlife, and the beautiful Llano River. The home includes all the amenities of everyday life. This is our family home we are sharing for the eclipse event.

-A friendly outside ranch dog (that doesn't leave the property) will be around
-One of the homeowners will be staying on the other side of the property
-7 acres of the front property is rented out for dry camping
Located in Llano, this vacation home is in a rural area. Llano Red Top Jail and Llano County Jail are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Llano River Golf Club and Lighthouse Country Club. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as hiking/biking trails in the area.
