Sweet Caroline boasts over 5000sqft of newly remodeled living space located on a main lake cove with breath taking 💥sunset views💥 on a flat Lake lot! Enjoy the sandy lake bottom with ankle deep water at the shore and over 6ft depth at the boathouse to accommodate any size vessel. Sweet Caroline has a lake front patio that stretches across the entire house and makes up over 2000sqft of outdoor entertaining space. The patio is equipped with the newest line of 💥salt water luxury spas from Caldera💥, an Oklahoma Joe Judge charcoal grill, two patio dining tables, wood fire pit with poly chair seating and low voltage lighting surrounding the perimeter of the patio and follows the walkway to the shoreline.

Follow the walkway to the boathouse and find more great entertaining space! The boathouse has a large covered space with granite bar top, HD Television, barstool seating, chaise chairs and cushioned outdoor seating. You will also find at the boathouse two stand up paddle boards and two kayaks with life vests and oars. A swim ladder for easy access into the water from the boathouse. There is great fishing from the pier, everything from crappie & sunfish to catfish, striped bass and garr pike.

Inside the main level of Sweet Caroline is a large luxurious kitchen with an open floor plan to the living room and sprawling views of the Lake from almost every window. The kitchen boasts all new appliances, large granite countertop, a fully stocked kitchen with a huge stock of cookware. If your concerned about fitting all your groceries there is three full size refrigerators/freezers on the property and a 90lb ice maker in the entertainment area. The main level has two dining rooms and tables that will accommodate seating for everyone. Adjacent to the Kitchen is a spacious living room that includes a giant sectional and 55" HD Television.

The Main level (lower level) also includes a expansive master bedroom with gorgeous views and on-suite full bathroom. In total there is three master bedrooms in the main house all equipped with on-suite bathrooms, HD television and king size beds. The laundry room is adjacent to the lower level master and is setup with a full size washer and dryer.

Upstairs in the main home boasts two additional master bedrooms on each wing of the house. These masters have both king beds, HD televisions, on-suite full bathrooms with jacuzzi bath tubs and amazing Lake Views! There are four additional bedrooms upstairs with queen beds in them, one of the bedrooms has two queen size beds. Two of the queen bedrooms are on the lake front side with sprawling views of Lake Gaston. There is also a large full bathroom in between the queen bedrooms.

For more great living space make your way to the apartment above the four-car garage which is converted to an entertainment area. The apartment features a full living space with over 1000 sqft, full size kitchen, living room with HD Television, bar seating, expansive bedroom with king size bed and pull-out couch. In addition, a full-size bathroom with instant hot water.

The lower level of the apartment is a four-car garage that has been converted into a huge entertainment area. This space includes corn hole boards, pool table, ping pong, Pac man Arcade, basketball shooter, HD 65" television, movie collection and Bluetooth audio system! The game room area is heated and cooled.

Within a 5-minute walk of Sweet Caroline is a public day use area with a huge beach and park like setup. This makes for a great walk; pets are welcome and fishing is allowed off the pier.

Sweet Caroline is located within a small private neighborhood with all paved roads to the house. The driveway is long and has a lot of space for parking cars and trailers. There are multiple grocery store options within a 10-15 minute drive from the house including Food Lion, Walmart and a local option, Piggly Wiggly in Littleton.
