Upon turning into the tree-lined gravel driveway, you will be lured into lake life living. Bordered on one side by a quaint little creek that feeds into the lake, this is truly a unique property that allows you to feel as though you are in a remote area many miles away from the hustle and bustle of life while actually only being a few minutes from everything you need. On this one-acre property, you will feel the serenity and privacy, unique to this home, and you will enjoy relaxing in the cove with the water and trees being your primary view.
To enjoy the outdoors even further, relax down at the large flat dock, or venture out on one of the provided paddle boards or kayaks to explore the water and your surrounding area. One of the special advantages of the home lies in its location on the lake. The cove allows you to enjoy the undisturbed aquatic and natural areas few other places have to offer, or you can choose to enjoy the expanse of larger water and the main lake just a short distance away. Please note that the property has a bit of a slope. You can reach the waterfront from any location (children will probably have fun with it) but there is a terraced walkway from the side of the house that leads directly to the water. This will not be an issue for most people but it could be a bit more difficult for some individuals.

Also on the main floor is a dedicated laundry space including a washer and dryer available for use to all guests as well as a half bath located under the stairs in the main living space. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, both with smart TV's and a lovely new full bathroom. One spacious bedroom contains a king-size bed and desk, while the third bedroom offers a full over full bunk bed that provides plenty of options for both kids and adults!
For those eager to get out and about by land, a short ride will take you to the charming town of Littleton, and Warrenton plus many more where you can shop and dine or even take a little time for a visit to the nearby Rosemont Vineyard for a captivating and tasteful experience. If you choose to stay close by, within 2 – 10 minutes you can enjoy Ice Cream, a variety of restaurants (including waterfront), Dollar General, ABC Store, Food Lion, the gas station, gifts shops and much more!

PLEASE NOTE:
1) One set of towels are provided for each person. One set of sheets is provided for each bed. One outdoor towel is provided for each person. One set of hand towels are provided for each bathroom and one set of kitchen towels are included. There is a washer and dryer for washing linens as needed.
2) NO Smoking or Vaping is allowed inside the house. If you choose to smoke outside the house, you must dispose of all cigarette butts. You may be fined an additional fee if cigarette butts are left outside or if smoke is detected inside the house. If you smoke inside the house, you will have to leave and forfeit all money paid.
3) No parties or organized events are allowed at the house or on the property. Only the people who are staying at the home (up to 10 people) are allowed on the premises. If a party or event does take place on the he property, you will have to leave and you will forfeit all money paid and possibly be charged additional fees.
4) NO PETS are allowed on the property.
We understand that pets are an important part of the family but this is a NO PET home. If you arrive with a pet, you will be required to leave and forfeit all money paid plus possible additional fees.
5) Guests that stay over 14 days, will be charged additional cleaning fees for housekeeping to clean bathrooms, kitchen, etc. The additional housekeeping does not include washing towels or sheets.
There is one camera on the property that faces the driveway for safety and security purposes.
