This home has three stories:

The finished basement:
Has one bedroom furnished with a queen bed that is arranged with luxurious linens and comfy pillows to ensure a relaxing nights rest. It also has a cozy movie room with a 65" TV that is perfect for movie night!

The main floor:
Has an open concept great for entertaining, with 2 sofas, a dining area and kitchen with all the items you may need to prepare a delicious meal. This home has tile floors and high living room ceilings, giving it an overall trendy, cozy vibe. There is a glass sliding door that leads out to a private fenced in backyard area with a pond, waterfall, and pool (all are open for the season), there's also a stone patio with outdoor furniture, which is great for catching some fresh air and enjoying a relaxing evening. The main floor also has two bedrooms, both with queen beds. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub on the main floor.

The third floor:
Has a spacious loft with a pool table, ping pong table, and a foosball table. There are french doors that lead out to a deck overlooking the backyard, the city of Littleton, and some of the mountains. The large primary bedroom furnished with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom are also located on the third floor. There is a designated work space in the primary bedroom for those who work from home.

Washer and dryer are located in the finished basement.

There are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Don’t forget about Deer Creek Canyon Park where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.

With its near downtown location, you will find plenty of acclaimed restaurants, art galleries, theatres, recreation center, and shopping within a short driving distance. Craft beer lovers will be excited by the many breweries within 15 minutes of the home. Downtown Littleton is less than a 5 minute drive with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more.
