Spacious and decked out with tons of perks!

20 minutes to Red Rocks and only a 5 minute drive to Chatfield Reservoir, there is a ton to stay active with around the condo.

Inside, you'll find all your cooking needs & more + a gas grill on the balcony. Kick back for TV - we've got Disney, Amazon, Peacock and Spotify. The front office area and 2 car garage are most loved by guests, along with a well stocked kitchen.

Here at the grounds there is a pool and hot tub for use, seasonal. You are welcome to use the 2 kayaks, fishing gear or the sleds for winter. The 2 car garage is really nice to have during the winter and it’s all yours too. There's a studio which is occupied sometimes below this home, it has its own entrance through the backyard under the balcony. There is a Ring camera facing the walkway to the front door, which you are welcome to disconnect once arriving.

Located in Ken Caryl, a neighborhood in Littleton, this condo is in the mountains and on a lake. Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre and Littleton Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Red Rocks Amphitheater and Deer Creek Golf Club. Denver Botanic Gardens Chatfield Farms and Pirates Cove Water Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
