It is ideal for couples or small families who want to relax close to the sea in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi‑Fi, TV, air conditioning and free parking on site.

The property
The second floor apartment is 52 m² with an open living area and floor‑to‑ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. The living room has a comfortable sofa, TV and direct access to a spacious balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, including a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker. For longer stays, you will also appreciate the washer, heating and air conditioning.
