House does back to a street but huge lot and with pool fountains on, road noise is minimal.

Longer term stays welcome. Subject to separate rental agreement, larger security deposit based on stay and other terms. Please inquire about stays longer than 30 days prior to booking, this will also require mid stay cleaning at guest expense.
