The Space:
Riverside Oasis is a beautifully appointed 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home designed for families and groups looking to unwind and make the most of their mountain getaway. Tucked into the heart of South Peak and set directly on the Pemi River, this home offers the perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and luxury.

Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious primary suite with a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, offering a peaceful retreat after a day on the slopes or trails. Two additional upstairs bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds and share a full-size bathroom, ideal for couples or extended family.

On the lower level, the home boasts a second living area with a large flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or letting the kids have their own space. This floor also includes a guest bedroom with a full-size bed and a bunk room featuring two bunk beds, each with a full mattress on the bottom and twin on top. A walk-out basement leads directly to the backyard patio, where you'll find oversized Adirondack chairs, a cozy fire pit, and private access to the Pemi River. Guests can enjoy corn hole tournaments while listening to the soothing sound of the river, or use the provided river tubes for a float right from the backyard!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property, including the private jacuzzi and 2 car garage. Th home is located in the private South Peak neighborhood, and guests are able to use many neighborhood amenities, including the private shuttle service, private ski lifts, and the walking trail along the river!

The Neighborhood:
As part of the South Peak Homeowners Association, guests enjoy complimentary access to the shuttle service to and from Loon Mountain’s main lodges, as well as the convenience of the private Owner’s Chairlift, just a short walk from the house.
The neighborhood features a quiet private road, perfect for morning strolls or evening walks, and offers direct access to hiking and snowshoeing trails that run alongside the river. Just five minutes from Lincoln’s charming downtown restaurants, shops, and breweries and only seven minutes to Loon’s main base lodges, this mountain retreat offers the ideal mix of adventure and relaxation for families and friends year-round.

Getting Around:
The town of Lincoln offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $6/person. The home also features a free shuttle service through the South Peak Association, which provides rides to and from all Loon Mountain bases and lodges. Interaction with Guests:
