One of a kind double unit at the Village of Loon. Larger than the standard unit, this is an ideal space for families to spread out and enjoy. There are 4 formal bedrooms and a split loft with two additional sleeping areas, and 2 living rooms- one on the main level and another in the lower level. Enjoy access to the Village of Loon rec building with pools, hot tub & more. Lots to do right at the resort, but conveniently located just across the street from Loon Mountain!

Per HOA, guests cannot use grill as it is on a balcony. We have a fire table that no longer works, but there is some outdoor seating

PLEASE NOTE- unfortunately there is no ac, as our mini split needs repair and is set to be replaced
Lincoln is home to this vacation home. Loon Mountain Resort and Waterville Valley Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore White Mountain National Forest and Franconia Notch State Park. White Mountain Central Railroad and Ice Castles are also worth visiting.
