The Space:
Bedrooms:
With four spacious bedrooms, this home comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests, making it an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends seeking a memorable mountain getaway. Each bedroom offers comfortable bedding, ample storage, and large windows with beautiful views of the surrounding mountain range.

On the main floor, the home features a beautiful primary suite with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace for those colder nights, a walk in closet, and full bath with a jetted tub!

On the basement level, the home features two guest rooms, each with two full beds, sleeping 8 people comfortably. The bunk room is also located on the basement level and perfect for families with children. Featuring a full size bed and 3 twins, this is the perfect space for your family to create lasting memories!

Prepare to be pampered in the three and a half luxurious bathrooms, where you can indulge in long, relaxing baths after a day of outdoor adventures. Elegant fixtures and modern amenities provide an oasis of comfort for our guests.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property, including the private jacuzzi and 2 car garage. Th home is located in the private South Peak neighborhood, and guests are able to use many neighborhood amenities, including the private shuttle service, private ski lifts, and the walking trail along the river!

The Neighborhood:
This home is located on the Pemigewasset River at South Peak. As part of the South Peak Home Owners Association, this home allows guests to use the association's free shuttle service to and from Loon Mountain lodges during the Winter months. The neighborhood offers a private road for walking and access to the hiking and snowshoeing trails along the Pemi River! Located about 5 minutes from downtown's restaurants/bars, and 7 minutes to Loon's main lodges, this is the perfect getaway for family and friends!

Getting Around:
The town of Lincoln offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $6/person. The home also features a free shuttle service through the South Peak Association, which provides rides to and from all Loon Mountain bases and lodges during the Winter months. Please reach out to the Host for more details on how to reserve these shuttles.

Other Things to Note:
- Our rental property is situated within a new development area, which may lead to ongoing construction activities nearby. We believe in maintaining open communication with our guests, and it is our duty to inform you that there is a possibility of construction work taking place between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Interaction with Guests:
The home is accessed through the key pad on the front door. The Host is available 24/7 by phone, text, or through the Booking application. If there are any issues or questions during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.
