Enjoy the mountains and woods at the east end of Clearbrook in this 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse with just one or two steps to enter. Step through the outer foyer, where you can leave your skis and gear, to the inner foyer where you'll drop your shoes and hang your jackets. Up a half flight brings you to the open-plan main level, with a living area (including a wood-burning fireplace, TV with cable, and built-in AC), dining area, full kitchen, and access to the deck with wooded mountain views. The next floor up offers a sitting area with a higher privacy wall, TV with HDMI slot (no cable), Wii, and other games, while the upper-most floor holds the primary bedroom with a queen bed, private bath, TV with DVD player and HDMI slot (no cable), and another mini-split AC. On the bottom level of the home, find the laundry room, a full bath, and two bedrooms; one with a queen bed, the other with two sets of bunks (one twin over twin and the other twin over full). The lower queen room has a Roku device and a DVD player. (You could watch cable via the Spectrum app here and on any streaming devices you bring.)
Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis, and Fitness Club, which features two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), a sauna, an exercise room, and 12 tennis courts.
Locally, you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time, including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching, and much more.
