Welcome to the HAPPY LOON NEST. Our home is a beautifully updated and roomy condo nestled in the White Mountains with stunning views of Loon's North Peak. Located off the Kamgamangus Highway and next to Loon Mountain (skiing, hiking & mountain biking), you can easily enjoy Lincoln’s multiple restaurants, skiing/ boarding, endless hiking trails, bike trails, rivers for tubing, and multiple local attractions (Alpine Adventures, Otter Rocks, Franconia Notch State Park, Flume Gorge, and more!). Our home is perfect for 1-2 families with comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen & patio overlooking North Peak. A bonus kids loft with video games, board games, and tv for quiet nights at home. A/C for warm summer nights and a gas fireplace for brisk fall weather. A perfect way to relax and take in nature after a day exploring. Welcome to our Happy Loon Nest! SPRING, SUMMER, FALL
Our property is perfect for exploring Loon Mountain's gondola, mountain biking, and aerial tours; downtown Lincoln restaurants & stores; and endless outdoor adventures! To cool the hot days, we are a short walk to floating in the river or enjoying the Village of Loon's outdoor & indoor pools and jacuzzis. Bike along the paved trails to downtown Lincoln to play mini-golf, ride the Hobo Railroad, go zip lining, or play tennis/ pickle ball. The hiking is spectacular and endless from Lincoln Woods, to Flume Gorge, to any of the 48 4,000 footers.

WINTER
SKI SEASON! Lincoln is a wonderful place to explore all of winter's wonders:
* Skiing or boarding at Loons expanded mountain is easy with free shuttle service on weekends and vacation weeks
* tubing at loon mountain (advanced purchase tickets)
* ziplining with Loon or Alpine Adventures
* cross country skiing & snow-shoeing at Lincoln Woods or Loon
* Ice Castles

THE SPACE
Our condo is can comfortably sleep 9, with a king bed in the master, queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and 5 beds (2 sets of bunks and a trundle) in the bunk room!
There is an open concept family room with lofted ceiling, huge picture windows, gas fireplace, A/C and ceiling fans. It is perfect for relaxing, watching TV (2 Smart TVs and Apple TV), or chatting about the daily activities. There is a small area for outdoor games like cornhole, throwing a football or enjoying the sunshine.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, granite counters, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, knife set, instapot, spices, cooking basics, dishware & flatware

GENERAL: Free high speed 5G WiFi, linens/towels, toiletries, washer/dryer (with soap), hair dryer, trash bags, paper towels, kitchen soap, shampoo, conditioner

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire condo during their stay. The condo has 2 parking spaces (and visitor parking out front); and a private entrance with a key pad on the door for self-checkin.

OTHER THINGS
-Sorry we love animal, but this is NOT a pet friendly rental, due to allergies (sorry!)
-Our condo may not be suited to people with limited mobility, as there are many stairs to reach the condo and within the condo. It may also be challenging to have a toddler and baby, due to a number of open staircases.
- We can arrange access to outdoor/ indoor pools and hot tubs & tennis courts (in season) at The Village of Loon upon request for additional fee.

Located in Lincoln, this vacation home is in the city center and on a river. Loon Mountain Resort and Waterville Valley Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore White Mountain National Forest and Franconia Notch State Park. White Mountain Central Railroad and Ice Castles are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and skiing, and don't miss out on the sledding.
