California Poolside Paradise is a luxury resort style family home with a solar heated salt water pool (May-October) and hot tub (year round) in a quiet neighborhood. Close to golf courses, concert venues, casinos, shopping, restaurants, wineries and more! Approximately 30 minutes from Sacramento and 2 hours or less from Tahoe/Reno, Napa/Sonoma & San Francisco. Both Folsom Lake & Camp Far West Lake are close by and offer beaches, boating, hiking and other activities. Our home is the perfect location for day trips and exploring all that NorCal has to offer!

Bedroom 1 (2nd floor, main bedroom) King bed and twin futon - sleeps 2-3
A pack & play is also available.
Private attached en suite bathroom with large bathtub, walk in shower, double sinks, iron and ironing board. A clothing rack and hangers are also provided. There is also a TV in this bedroom.
Bedroom 2 (2nd floor) twin bunk bed - sleeps 2 - children only on top bunk
This room is ocean/beach themed, hallway full bathroom
Bedroom 3 (2nd floor) 2 twin beds - sleeps 2
This room is floral themed and shares a "jack and jill" full bathroom with bedroom 4
Bedroom 4 (2nd floor) full bunk bed and 1 twin bed - sleeps 3 - children only on top bunk
This room is galaxy themed, has a desk area and shares a "jack and jill" full bathroom with bedroom 3
Bedroom 5 (1st floor) queen bed - sleeps 2
Has a desk area and hallway full bathroom
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment, dishes, silverware, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Dining Room 1: In kitchen - seats 6-8
Dining Room 2 : seats 8
Living Room 1: Features a large sectional sofa, TV and coffee table
Living Room 2: Has a sofa and coffee table - sofa pulls out into a Queen bed if needed
Living Room 3 (upstairs loft) features a sofa, TV & game console. This room also has 3 desks as well as some toys and books.
Guests will have access to all areas of the property except: Main bedroom closet (dressers + a clothing rack and hangers are provided), garage, backyard shed, hall closet & bedroom 4 closet. (dresser is provided) These areas will all be locked off from guest access as we use them to store supplies. Laundry room access is available by request for stays of 7 days or more.
Check in is at 3pm and checkout is at 11am.Early check in / late checkout may be available only with prior owner approval at a rate of $25 per hour.

Utility Exploration Center and Carnegie Library Historic Building are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Placer County Fairgrounds and Roseville Aquatic Complex.
